agreement to terms

these terms of service govern your use of the rr road running llc (“rr road running,” “we,” “us”) website and our vehicle transport services. by requesting a quote, booking a shipment, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these terms.

our services

rr road running is a licensed interstate motor carrier (usdot 3812349 / mc 1627112), not a broker. every vehicle we quote is picked up, hauled, and delivered by our own drivers using our own equipment. we offer open transport, expedited transport, door-to-door service, inoperable vehicle transport, dealer and auction transport, and seasonal snowbird relocation.

quotes and booking

• quotes are based on the route, vehicle type, and condition information you provide
• final pricing may be adjusted if the vehicle's condition or dimensions differ from what was disclosed at booking
• a pickup window is confirmed with dispatch once a booking is scheduled
• cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking

vehicle condition and inspection

our driver documents your vehicle's condition at pickup and again at delivery. you or your designated representative should be present, or reasonably reachable, at both pickup and delivery to review the condition report.

insurance

vehicles are insured while in transit on our equipment in accordance with federal motor carrier insurance requirements. claims related to damage occurring during transport should be reported promptly using the contact information on the condition report.

customer responsibilities

• provide accurate vehicle and contact information at the time of booking
• ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed pickup location
• remove personal belongings and loose items from the vehicle before pickup
• make payment according to the terms agreed at booking

limitation of liability

rr road running's liability for loss or damage to a vehicle in transit is governed by applicable federal motor carrier law and the terms of our cargo insurance policy. we are not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

the content on this website is provided for general information about our services. you agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation or accessing it through unauthorized means.

changes to these terms
