agreement to terms

these terms of service govern your use of the rr road running llc (“rr road running,” “we,” “us”) website and our vehicle transport services. by requesting a quote, booking a shipment, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these terms.

our services

rr road running is a licensed interstate motor carrier (usdot 3812349 / mc 1627112), not a broker. every vehicle we quote is picked up, hauled, and delivered by our own drivers using our own equipment. we offer open transport, expedited transport, door-to-door service, inoperable vehicle transport, dealer and auction transport, and seasonal snowbird relocation.

quotes and booking

• quotes are based on the route, vehicle type, and condition information you provide
• final pricing may be adjusted if the vehicle's condition or dimensions differ from what was disclosed at booking
• a pickup window is confirmed with dispatch once a booking is scheduled

deposits

a deposit may be required to confirm and schedule your booking. any deposit collected is applied toward the total cost of your shipment and will be disclosed to you, along with the amount and payment method, before it is collected.

cancellation policy

• cancellations made before a driver is dispatched for pickup are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid
• cancellations made after a driver has been dispatched or has arrived at the pickup location may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover dispatch and driver costs already incurred
• to cancel a booking, contact dispatch as soon as possible using the details below

vehicle condition and inspection

our driver documents your vehicle's condition at pickup and again at delivery. you or your designated representative should be present, or reasonably reachable, at both pickup and delivery to review the condition report.

insurance

vehicles are insured while in transit on our equipment in accordance with federal motor carrier insurance requirements, with cargo coverage of up to $250,000 per vehicle. claims related to damage occurring during transport should be reported promptly using the contact information on the condition report.

bill of lading and claims process

the bill of lading and condition report signed at pickup and delivery is the official record of your vehicle's condition and the basis for any damage claim. to file a claim:

• note any damage directly on the delivery bill of lading before signing, and take photographs of the damage
• report the claim to dispatch within 24 hours of delivery using the contact details below
• provide the signed bill of lading, condition reports from pickup and delivery, and photographs to support your claim

damage noted at pickup, or damage not reported within the timeframe above, is not eligible for a claim against rr road running.

customer responsibilities

• provide accurate vehicle and contact information at the time of booking
• ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed pickup location
• remove personal belongings and loose items from the vehicle before pickup
• make payment according to the terms agreed at booking

personal items: up to 100 lbs of personal belongings may be left in the vehicle during transport at the customer's own risk. personal items are not covered by our cargo insurance, and rr road running is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

limitation of liability

rr road running's liability for loss or damage to a vehicle in transit is governed by applicable federal motor carrier law and the terms of our cargo insurance policy. we are not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

website use

the content on this website is provided for general information about our services. you agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation or accessing it through unauthorized means.

sms terms

program: rr road running llc sends transport quotes, pickup scheduling confirmations, and delivery status updates to customers who have provided their mobile number and consented to receive messages.

message frequency: message frequency varies depending on the status of your shipment.

cost: message and data rates may apply.

opt out: reply stop to any message to cancel at any time. you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.

carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

changes to these terms

we may update these terms from time to time. continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
